This may not be much of a surprise for the new PDA government in Nagaland – ‘Better Roads’ is the main expectation of the people. This was revealed in an online opinion poll conducted in Nagasconnect.com to find out people’s expectations from the new Government headed by Neiphiu Rio.
In the opinion poll which ended on 31st March 2018, 36% people voted for ‘Better Roads.
34% of the participants expect the new government to provide ‘Employment Opportunities’.
16% wanted a ‘Stable & Strong government’. The previous government led by NPF was shaky which saw the chief minister being changed many times. The people expect this government to be stable.
9% of the people expect a solution to the ‘Naga political problem’.
Around 4% had other expectations.
