Nagaland health minister Pangnyu Phom has proposed to Chief minister Neiphiu Rio for Total lockdown of the state particularly Dimapur with immediate effect.
The health minister pointed out that the confirmation of the first COVID19 positive case in Dimapur has made the lockdown necessary.
