Nagaland is expected to receive 2000 oxygen cylinders of two different types within 10-15 days.
Principal Director of Health and Family Welfare, Dr Neikhrielie Khimiao said that out of the 2000 cylinders procured, 1200 were D-type (40-60 litre capacity) which has been funded by the World Bank. The remaining 800 cylinders are B-type (10 litre capacity). This was reported by Nagaland Page.
“We should not be facing any problem with these in tow” the PD said.
Meanwhile, Nagaland will receive another batch of 30,220 COVID-19 vaccine doses free of cost in the next three days, informed an official release by the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW) on Sunday, as reported by the Morung Express.
The State so far has received 2,63,020 doses from the centre out of which 2,42,722 doses have been consumed, highlighted the data provided by the Ministry in the release issued via the Press Information Bureau.
